I love Hershey Plaza Dental Center. I was worried/anxious about going to the dentist. Now i’m a normal patient every 6 months! Karly-hygienist is great, she takes her time and helps you learn how to take the best care of your mouth. The doctors are so nice and caring. The dental assistants will talk to you about any fears or worries you have for any upcoming procedures. (Caydence)

The staff did exceptional with my 4 year old daughter who was very apprehensive about getting her teeth cleaned. They accommodated the fears that she had nicely to ensure her comfortability throughout the entire process. My daughter left with a bright smile on her face and a fun toy in hand; and, that is all a mother can ask for.

First visit in a long time for a dentist due to dental anxiety, and I had the best most comfortable experience. Erinn was my dental assistant and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. I have a couple crowns coming up and many deep cleanings but going to turn my dental health around thanks to them.

I was very impressed at my first visit to Hershey Plaza Dental Center in Bloomington IL. They do an excellent job of preliminary scans and checks on the first visit, in order to build a health picture of teeth and gums. The cleaning itself was through, and Chloe, the technician who did the first time X-rays, etc. and cleaning, did a very professional job. I recommend this practice highly!

I was very disappointed with my experience. I’ve been coming to this dental office for years, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I sat in the office for almost an hour and a half. The lady who roomed me was very nice and tried her best to work with me, so I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. However, I had canceled my appointment the week before and specifically rescheduled it for fillings and a cleaning. When I arrived, the dentist looked at my teeth briefly and left. Someone then came in and discussed the cost of a procedure. After deciding I didn’t want that procedure done, I was told, “Okay, you’re good to go.” I then asked about my cleaning and fillings, only to be told that I wasn’t scheduled for either of those services and was only scheduled for an exam. That made no sense because I never requested an exam. I specifically made the appointment for fillings and a cleaning. To make matters worse, after their scheduling mistake, I was told that the earliest I could get a cleaning would be on days that don’t fit my schedule work, and if those dates didn’t work I would have to wait until the end of July. Instead of trying to accommodate me or correct
